Marketing Specialist

We require an aggressive, creative and experienced professional to join our North American team to operate from a remote work environment, reporting to the Director of Marketing.

Position Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assist in developing strategic marketing objectives and implementing tactical efforts supporting these. This “all inclusive” position will involve

  • defining and creating collateral and web content
  • nurturing campaigns
  • customer communications
  • marketing campaigns
  • conduct market research and analysis
  • develop strategic partnerships
  • other efforts, including original ideas, with the primary goal of lead generation.

The Person:

The successful candidate is an experienced, talented, self-directed and self-motivated individual with exceptional verbal and written skills and a strong capability to handle a dynamic and evolving environment. Some travel may on occasion be required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two years of proven relevant and broad experience
  • SEO/SEM familiarity
  • Social media savvy
  • Content creation including web, newsletters, sales material, etc.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, web design/maintenance, MS Office a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing software tools and services
  • Customer interaction in support of case studies, videos, polls, etc.
  • Experience conducting webinars
  • Established track record of making deadline
  • Proven ability to successfully operate remotely

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or other relevant post-secondary education is required.

Software Engineer

We require competent Software engineers to join our global team based out of Oxford, UK and Florida, USA. If you are a confident software engineer with a solid understanding of software engineering, this is the perfect opportunity to join a flexible and dynamic work environment.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support directly for existing and prospective customers.
  • Assist in marketing and sales activities.
  • Perform consulting services for our customers.
  • Provide training and support for our customers and partner companies
  • Generate feedback for product improvement and enhancement
Education & Experience:

Required:
  • At least 2 years of experience with C# and or JAVA
  • Knowledge of web technologies and protocols (HTTP, HTML, JS, etc.)
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
Desired:
  • A degree in computing or a similar subject.
  • Experience with .NET WCF, NHibernate, VSTO, and Office.Interop
  • Good command of Regex.
  • Experience with Hibernate, JSF, REST

Technical Services Specialist

EASA, Inc. – Pittsburgh, PA 15276

Position Responsibilities:
 
As a Technical Services Specialist for EASA, you will be responsible for assisting the EASA sales process and providing technical support to our customers. Applicants for the position are expected to have previous experience in either technical pre-sales support or customer support or both. A list of role responsibilities is provided below:
  • Provide technical support directly for existing and prospective customers.
  • Assist in marketing and sales activities.
  • Perform consulting services for our customers.
  • Provide training and support for our customers and partner companies
  • Generate feedback for product improvement and enhancement
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux environments (1 year preferred).
  • Previous experience using Excel is a plus, but not required (1 year preferred).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and/or Visual Basic is a plus, but not required.
  • Programming experience with Java is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Will work out of our office in Pittsburgh, PA, USA.
