“Full Stack” Digital Marketing Developer

We require an experienced, hands-on and “full service” marketing expert to drive  lead and demand generation sufficient to meet our annual sales goals.

Position Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assist in developing strategic marketing objectives and implementing tactical efforts supporting these. This “all inclusive” position will involve:

  • SEO with strong and up-to-date working knowledge of Google organic and PPC search
  • Website design and hands-on expertise with CMS systems
  • Marketing automation
  • General marketing initiatives such as nurturing campaigns, newsletters, collateral creation, webinars, blogs, etc.
  • Analytics/Metrics based decision making

The Person:

The successful candidate is ready to roll up their sleeves, figure out what is needed and get the job done. Must be a self starter accustomed and happy to working alone or in a small team, with limited budgets and challenging goals.

Experience:

  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience preferably in B2B software products and related services
  • Comprehensive high level plus hands-on lead and demand gen experience
  • SEO/SEM expertise
  • Website development and optimization
  • Linkedin marketing
  • Digital paid advertising and PPL services
  • Content creation including web, video, newsletters, sales material, etc.
  • Familiarity with software such as Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Marketo, BrightEdge, WordPress, CMS, HTML, etc.
  • Customer interaction in support of case studies, videos, polls, etc.
  • Proven ability to successfully operate remotely

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design, etc.

Software Engineer

We require competent Software engineers to join our global team based out of Oxford, UK and Florida, USA. If you are a confident software engineer with a solid understanding of software engineering, this is the perfect opportunity to join a flexible and dynamic work environment.

  • Provide technical support directly for existing and prospective customers.
  • Assist in marketing and sales activities.
  • Perform consulting services for our customers.
  • Provide training and support for our customers and partner companies
  • Generate feedback for product improvement and enhancement
Education & Experience:

Required:
  • At least 2 years of experience with C# and or JAVA
  • Knowledge of web technologies and protocols (HTTP, HTML, JS, etc.)
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
Desired:
  • A degree in computing or a similar subject.
  • Experience with .NET WCF, NHibernate, VSTO, and Office.Interop
  • Good command of Regex.
  • Experience with Hibernate, JSF, REST

Technical Services Specialist

EASA, Inc. – Pittsburgh, PA 15276

Position Responsibilities:
 
As a Technical Services Specialist for EASA, you will be responsible for assisting the EASA sales process and providing technical support to our customers. Applicants for the position are expected to have previous experience in either technical pre-sales support or customer support or both. A list of role responsibilities is provided below:
  • Provide technical support directly for existing and prospective customers.
  • Assist in marketing and sales activities.
  • Perform consulting services for our customers.
  • Provide training and support for our customers and partner companies
  • Generate feedback for product improvement and enhancement
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux environments (1 year preferred).
  • Previous experience using Excel is a plus, but not required (1 year preferred).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and/or Visual Basic is a plus, but not required.
  • Programming experience with Java is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Salary: From $60,000.00 per year
  • Will work out of our office in Pittsburgh, PA, USA.
